Hello Rick, about the transmission at 3,940 of 11/02/18 hours 17.00 / 18.00 UTC.
I had confirmation that it was not Rock'n Roll Radio from Italy!
I think instead it can be R.R.N. Rock Radio Network, with email rockradioeurope@yahoo.com.
I checked and I have recordings of listenings of 2015 and 2016.
Once I sent emails to ask if they confirmed reports with eQSL, but never replied, they do not find eQSL on the web, so it is a station that does not confirm, unfortunately.

Yes, I listened recordings again, it is R.R.N, and email rockradioeurope@yahoo.com.
