Sounds like the funeral oration of a Belgian that was the founder of all the mentioned stations (in Belgium) along the last 45 years, including a Belgian Radio Rock Revolution.
in an earlier broadcast Radio Benelux was mentioned. Has the OP passed away recently? RRR had been off air for a few weeks
